my husband has guardianship ans cusdody of his daughter,in which we have had for 5 yrs,if something happens to hin would guardianship go to me or would her mom who gave up all her rights to him be able to go to court and ake her from me,if so what steps do we need to take to prevent her from doing so

Unless guardianship was granted to BOTH you and your husband, the mother would have guardianship upon your husband's death. If you wanted guardianship, you would have to petition the court, just like your husband did, for a court order of guardianship.
