Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I did not get a copy of my wife's financial statement, or part of the Writ of Summons. This should be an uncontested divorce, but I am unaware of what she is asking for financially. Should I write a letter to the court? my wife? or both?

If you were served with the summons and an incomplete complaint package, you can note that in your response. Furthermore, an uncontested divorce does not mean the parties agree to the division of assets and liabilities, child support, or visitation.

If your wife hired a lawyer, you need to hire one to protect your interests.
