court order

Spouse has court order to pay house note for three yrs. As of today has not paid since june 07

You could file a contempt petition in court against him. Consult an experienced family law attorney for details. You should ask for an earnings withholding order if he is a salaried employee, so that the money is taken directly from his paycheck and sent either to you or the lender.
