Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

i am the custodial parent of 2 children i got evicted and my children stayed and currently are staying with their father who doesn't have any custody papers i am having problems with him where he doesn't want me to come and see them doesn't want them to come and stay over my house. My kids don't want to be over there any longer because my daughter is having problems with him him telling them you can't go with you mom, why you want to go over your mom's house, and plus she is having problems where he fusses and argues with her and hits on her i need to find out what i can d

If you have a stable place to stay, and the original child custody order is still in place, demand compliance with the order. If the father refuses, take him to court for contempt. Keep in mind, the judge may modify custody as a result of your eviction.
