Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Help

Ok so my dad went for custody of me about 6 months ago and I hate it here. I feel neglected. My grandmother is dying and her andI r close well my mom has to go to Florida (which is where my Grandma lives) for work for 4 to 6 months and I want to go. My dad has full physical custody but Joint Custody for Everything else. What can I do?
