In my divorce I allowed my ex to keep the house but she hasn't refinanced the house and we have been divorced for years What can I do

It is impossible to tell you without looking at the divorce decree.
Is there a time limit on refinancing? I hope you were represented by an attorney. Experienced family law attorneys know to place a time limit on refinancing and a sale provision if refinancing is not completed.
If these provisions are not in the decree, but the decree orders your ex to refinance, you can always file a petition for contempt. In that petition request that the house be put on the market for sale.
