Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

My exhusband has not been paying the court ordered child support since December of 09. His excuse was he has a new family to support and had a lower paying job. I went through the child support enforcement where he was ordered to pay the entire amount he owed plus present child support by May 16, 2010. He asked for it to be lowered and we have a court date on Sept. 7th. However, another notice was sent out to him about paying everything again. He decided to move to Boston not informing the child support enforcement of his move nor the court clerk. No child support has been given to me. He only gave me like a little over 300.00 in April and that was the last of it. He still owed for the rest of April as well. He was ordered to pay $700.00 a month. It was more then that but I had it lowered from like 1130 to 700. On top of that, he has completely violated are visitation agreement multiple time. It has become a total headache. There was a time where he was living in Maryland when she went to visit him, should would come back with large bed bug bites. He refused to get it treated because he denied having the bites. She came back twice with them and I took pictures from both times. I was going to take him to court but he decided again to move to Boston fleeing from both the child support and the bed bug case. Can I be granted full custody from this matter?

You should notify child support enforcement of his move. You might want to hire an attorney to find his place his work. Thereafter, you can have his wages garnished.

Apparently, since the move, he has made no attempt to contact his child. As a result, you might consider petititioning the court to modify custody/visitation.
