I hv filed for a divorce, we r scheduled to hv a conference on 01/31. We hv a 4yr son. In the meantime my husband keeps calling me all kind of names and and constantly tries to pick a fight with my bf. If is discontinue visitation with my son and just cut off all contact with him temporarily, until the hearing. What impact might this hv on me getting custody of my son. I am tired of the constant name calling. what legal actions can I take against my husband at this time. This is getting really nasty.

You may be able to have a restraining order (peace order) but this should be considered with other matters. Supervised visitation is another possibility. Your decison should be carefully made and should include discussion, review and representation of an attorney.
