Very Important pls help!!

Hi:Sir/Madam

my husband and I are indian hindu. We got married in India. but we live in US and currently we are in India. he got me here and lied to me that we will be back. but he never took me back to US. and filed for a divorce here. and he says he will not give me any money or anything. we have a house in US. which is on both of our names. and he is scared that if i file for a divorce there he will have to give me a huge amount of money. I really want to go back to US and then file for a divorce there. how can I do so? He has taken away everything from me. starting from our home key to credit cards everything. All I have left with me right now passport,drivers licence and social security card. please advice what can i do to get to US and how can i get into my house wihout my key? and can I still use his bank accounts? can i apply for a new debit card on my name? he has filed for a diivorce here but in US we are still married and staying togeather. please advice what can I do? we have a son he is 3 yrs old. My husband doesn't let me talk to him or see him. how can i get back to the states and file a case from there?

You should be able to go through your bank to get replacement credit/debit cards to finance your trip back to the US, and you have your passport. I assume you are legally residing here. As far as getting into the house, you can obtain a copy of the deed proving you are in title and should be able to get a locksmith who can get you into the house and either replace the key or the locks.

You could file for custody or a limited divorce in the US, but the problem is that as long as your husband stays in India, he will ignore any court orders issued here and it might be hard to get a local court in India to enforce them. You should talk to an Indian attorney about the legality of his filing in India and whether an Indian court could respect a US court order under the circumstances.
