my hubby filed for divoice i did not sign any papers what do i do next and who can help me can i collect alimony?

Nowadays, the nonfiling spouse does not have to sign "papers" for a divorce to go through. You should hire an attorney to advise you on any defenses and rights to marital property.

Contact local counsel as soon as possible. You don't want the time to respond to the divorce petition to expire without a response.
