If my husband and I separate & divorce, do I get to keep the house until both children are 18 yrs old

Not necessarily. If you are awarded custody of the minor children, the court may award you use and possession of the marital home for up to 3 years. Of course, you and your husband are free to negotiate an agreement that exceeds 3 years and the court will approve the agreement as long as it is in the best interests of the children.

I agree with the prior answer. The children do not necessary stay in the house after a divorce. However, you can negotiate a provision to permit the children to stay in the house until the children leave or college.
