Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

we actually have joint legal and physical custody. The way the custody order is set up is one of us is supposed to get her on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and the other gets her on Wednesday and Thursday and it switches every week. Which is why I was asking if I would get in trouble if I were to pick her up from school since we both have just as much right to her as the other. Also, how would I go about asking the county bar association? I currently live in Carroll County.

It all depends on how the custody order is written. When does custody start, at the time school is let out or at the time you get off from work? You may be able to pick the child up at school during your custody days if custody starts at the end of school. I don't understand the remainder of your question. If you want to find an attorney through the Carroll County Bar Association, call the association to determine if they have a list of family law attorneys.
