Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

i reciently went to court for modification of child support, the outcome was that i had over paid,and a court order that my exwife reimburse me for 39 weeks of over payment . she has since paid 27 weeks but has not paid anything more in the past 8 weeks what are my options to collect the rest.

First, write a letter to your exwife informing her that she is in contempt. Send the letter certified mail return receipt. If she fails to pay the remaining balance, you may have to return to court to file a motion for contempt.
