Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Relationship problem

Is it guaranteed if a man gets a woman pregnant then she can ask the man to marry her and in extreme case, if the man doesn't want to then she can go to court to get him to marry her? What are the chances of wining the case in favor to the woman?

*The woman has a religious/cultural belief to marry the man who gave her the baby*

Thank you!

I don't know where you are getting your information, but that is utter nonsense. What the woman can do, however, is file a paternity action against the man, seeking to have a court declare him to be the father, and then order him to start supporting the child.
