Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

my husbands ex wife sent his kids to visit for 2 weeks instead of 6 weeks(court ordered) the kids are 12 and 16 years old. She says my husband told the kids they could decide on how ling to stay so they did, and I should stay out of it!!

If my husband /their father left the length of the stay up to tthe kids can we persue legal action against her for not making them stay the full 6 weeks??

You really should not get involved in this. If your husband gave them a choice and they made their decision, that's the end of it. Maybe the mother could have said it in a more cordial way, but you should not insert yourself into this situation other than to support your husband.
