Only a Court can make your wife bring your daughter back. I STRONGLY recommend that you hire a Maryland family law attorney. You may also need to consult with a NH family law attorney as well, since that's where you wife and child are now located. If your wife is intent on staying in NH, you are going to have an uphill battle.

Best of luck.******The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney client privilege.******

When did your wife move to New Hampshire? If less than jurisdictional time requirement between 6 months to 1 year then I would advise you file for custody in Maryland and force her to answer to a Maryland court. If wife can establish jurisdiction in New Hampshire, then you may need to hire an attorney there. Either way, you need to contact a family law attorney in either state to start the custody process.
