Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

My wife and I have been separated for 2 years. She told me she had filed the paperwork for a divorce. She asked me when I would be available to be served the paperwork. I gave her a time. Since then she has canceled the paperwork being delivered 3 times. She does not give a reason why. What can I do to get the paperwork so that I can sign them?

You didn't state why she decided not to serve you. It is up to the Petitioner in a divorce to serve the summons and documents. If she doesn't, you don't have to answer. Furthermore, if she is delaying the matter, you may want to file for divorce and serve her.
