my x wife is interfering with my custody of my 13 year old daughter by following us to activities we do together, what can i do?

As long as she doesn't disrupt what you are doing, you can't prevent her from observing. If your daughter is unhappy about what she is doing, encourage her to have a discussion with her mother about it.

If she is interfering and adversely influencing your relationship with your daughter, you might consider filing a petition to modify visitation to prevent this behavior. It's odd and might adversely effect the well-being of your daughter. Check with the lawyer who handled your divorce to determine your options.
