Legal Question in Medical Leave in Maryland
I was let go from my position within one month after returning from maternity leave. There were also other cuts across the organization. In my specific case, is this legal? If it matters it was in the state if Indiana.

If you worked in the state of Indiana, you should repost the question. Instead of using Maryland and 21236, use Indiana and the zip code where you worked.
Although FMLA is federal law, each federal district and circuit may interpret the law differently.
Also, in addition to FMLA some states also provide additional employee protection under their own state laws.
