what is the difference between a confessed judgement and other jusgements.

A confessed judgment is one where the facts are no longer disputed. This differs with a consent judgment where you have agreed to the facts. Confession means that you have agreed to the monetary claim. Contact me at 410.750.2567 should you need legal assistance.
