Is intrusion upon seclusion applicable

in a place of business, or is it only for

the privacy of an individual?

Your question is so vague that it's virtually impossible to provide a meaningful answer. However, the right of privacy is not as great in a business setting as in your home. Your boss can certainly enter your office without your permission, and courts have held that your computer is accessible as well.
