Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland

I live in Baltimore, MD - co-signed for a loan on a car for my Grandson. Can I take him to Court to have him sign the car over to me? He has missed so many payments, and my AAA credit is almost ruined. The note is with Toyota, the auto is a 2006. Please advise.

I am a 70 year old woman and this is really strained our family.
