Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland

The local high school has a photography contract with LifeTouch for the yearbook photography. Their contract with the school states that the rebates to the school will be reduced if they are not the sole photographer. Can I force the school to accept my photographs (I'm a professional photographer) in the yearbook? I feel the school should not be premitted to tell the parents of seniors where to spend their monies.
