lost property
I handed my personal bag to a store bag checker when I entered Giant's foods. When I tried to get it ..it was lost by the store. They lost my property and are giving me the run around about getting my belongings back.

That's unfortunate; I've never heard of Giant doing this. But once you surrendered your bag, they became responsible for safeguarding it. If you know the value of what was in the bag, file a claim against them. If they won't resolve it, you may have to take them to court.
