how do i know if i should or can sue somone?

A Girl pulled me out of my car and was trying to hit me i still had my seatbelt on and the car was in reverse with my foot on the brake. finally i got lose n came out of the car but my car backed into my coworkers car. then i went in and called the police and while i was doing that she was kicking my car leaving a dent and some scratches. she has to pay for my car my coworkers car and my glasses that she stepped on. i was wondering if the case is woth seuing her for and how i would go about doing that. please e-mail me back as soon as you can. thank you

You should consult a personal injury attorney for a free or low fee consultation to determine if you have a claim. During the consultation, you should ask about filing a police report. Under most circumstances, you should report assaults to the police so a police report can be on record for criminal and civil litigation.
