Drug Testing

My daughter has been going to a Doctor for the last six weeks due to a fall down stair. Today when she went to the same Doctor before she said anything to the doctor, she handed her a cup and said she was going to drug her. Is this legal.

depends on age and whether there was consent. If she is a minor, the doctor needs the parent's informed consent. If she is an adult, he needs he consent for treatment.
