Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland

my brother was single when i applied for his US immigration but now he is married and he got his letter to fill the forms so r we suppose to add his wife's name in it or he would have to come here and then apply for her?

Yes, his wife and unmarried children under 21 are also included as derivative beneficiaries. Each of them has to pay a visa fee. You will have to sponsor all his family as a sponsor under the Affidavit of Support.
