Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland

i am a green card holder and have been living in the US for the past 2 yrs and 8 months. i have a 3 yr old son in Pakistan(my country of citizenship) who lives with his father. how can i apply for my son's immigration? how much time will it take?

You can petition for your son and your husband. Currently, in this visa category it takes about 4-5 years. If and when you become a US citizen, it will be faster.

How and when did you become a permanent resident? Why your son didn't benefit?

I assume that you didn't immigrate to USA under an unmarried daughter category?
