Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland
Hello!
I became a Green Card holder a few weeks ago and I'm wondering if it is possible to study abroad for a least 4 years and then come back to the States.
I want to study in German, in other words, i want to do my bechalor degree there and then come back.
Thanks
Armael

A permanent resident can't move abroad permanently, can't stay for longer than a year abroad, and should not stay for longer than 6 months abroad.
