Hi
My friend has a green card for 20 years , he just finish 5 months felony charge 2 counts.
How long can he wait before he can apply for a citizenship?

He is not eligible for citizenship because of poor moral character. In addition, it looks like he might be deportable and should consult the lawyer prior to filing any applications with the USCIS.
