Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland
My individual hearing was 2008, and the judge did not granted my asylum case and granted the voluntary departure So I made a bond (that is us$ 500), but they kept my passport also where my, I 94 also attached.
Now the case is before the Board of Immigration.
In this circumstances,
I have no any type of ID (even my passport), Can I get back now?
I have no work permit to work. So the life is so hard,
What happens if I sick?
In these circumstances Can I able to make ID or Driver license?
What happens if I loose the case again? Can I re apply?
And, if I marry with the permanent residence holder (green card) can I change the case and or able to stay here?
Could you export people give me your valuable information regarding the above subject please.
Thanks.

If the BIA denies your case (approve the previous denial), you will be deported or will have to leave the country. No, you can't file another asylum application.
Marriage with a permanent resident will not help you to get a work permit or any other immigration benefit immediately, as you will not be eligible for adjustment of status for a few years.
