Luba Smal Smal Immigration Law Office

This form is an Application for Asylum. A few years ago, it could have taken several years for a court to hear the case after its denial by the Asylum Office. Now, most Immigration Courts can hear your asylum case and have a Merits hearing scheduled within a year or so.
