Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland

I am getting married to a us citizen who has collects social security for about 8 years. What documents do i need to provide to the immigration and is there going to be a problem that he can't provide the last 3 years or taxt returns?

Yes, that could be a problem. Your USA citizen spouse will have to sign the legally binding Affidavit of support and prove that he can support you financially. In addition, a joint sponsor might be required.
