I have been married for 11 years now my wife is a us citizen. I have 2 kids born in the usa, when i came to this country in 1998, i was taken by immigration and given deportation, my sister paid for me and i was supposed to show up for follow up, but never did ever since i have not gotten in any trouble or left the country can my wife ask for me to adjust status
