Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland
When should I send my N-400 form?
I am a GC holder. The USCIS website says I am eligible to file the form N-400, 90 days before my GC 5-year anniversary. My question is what does this "filing" mean? Is it the day I sign the form? The day I mail the form? The day they receive it? When they start considering my application?
Any help would be much appreciated.
