Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland
my sister has just got charge with aggravated assult and could be deported back to Guyana. she never got in to any touble before this is her first time. she has everything she need to be in the U.S.. she also has a three year daughter who is a citzen and also well am and my mother. what is there that we can do to stop her from bein deported

What do you mean "she has everything she need to be in the U.S."?
What is her status in USA, is she a permanent resident (Green card holder), illegal alien, out-of-status, or on some other valid visa?
Is she arrested now? Is there ICE hold on her? Why do you ask about deportation? Please clarify your question.
