auto accident
I was at fault in a car accident, i had insurance, but my insurance company cancelled it due to my D.L expired, it has not, they used my old MD number and I have a FL license now, they admitted to the mistake, but will not pay for the accident, what do I do now.

If a claim is being brought against you then consider hiring an attorney. A claim may have been filed with your insurance company and, if so, then they may indicate non-coverage. Properly reviewing the non-coverage decision, as well as bringing a contest where such may not be proper, would be part of my representation.
If a claim was brought and denied then you may be sued personally. A non-coverage decision will likely result in a defense not being provided through your insurer.
