Automible accident in an apartment complex
I had an accident on my apartment complex due to ice on the road. I was following a curve and my rental car slide into a wood pole. Is the management company responsible for making sure that the roads within the complex be free from ice. If yes are they responsible to pay for the damage to the rental car?

Re: Automible accident in an apartment complex
They have an obligation to use reasonable care to see that the roads are safe; they do not, however, warrant that the roads are free from ice. So it depends on the facts - was preciptiation still falling? How long had it been? etc. You need to see a lawyer aboiut this.
