Insurance queestion
can i get sued by an insurance company for an accident that i had 3 years ago (2006) without being notified of the complaint?

You can be sued for any cause of action that is brought within the statute of limitations. Do not conclude that a date falling outside of the limitations period precludes suit. Application of the limitations period and any contest thereto should be discussed with an attorney.
