I have a employee who left the company computer was stolen from his car. The commuter was suppose be with him at the work site.
We depreciate the computer with the straight line depreciation. He does not feel that he is reliable for the companies computer.
We gave him a bill. Can we make him pay for the computer?

Depending on the value of the computer, you can sue him in small clam court. If he was negligent in losing company property, he might be held liable.
