Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Maryland
I have allowed my child's father to stay with me who is not on the lease of my apartment. I would like him to leave because the relationship is over but he refuses. Since I am the sole tenant on the lease, I do not wish to get the property manager involved. Police will not remove him without cause. Do I have any legal options to get him out of the home?

Unfortunately, if he has lived with you more than 30 days, he has stopped being a visitor. Therefore, you have to follow formal tenant-landlord eviction procedures.
You can read more at that Maryland District Court website. http://www.courts.state.md.us/district/forms/civil/dccv082br.html
