how can I get my daughter out of my apartment,she is always late with rent I had to call police on her they said i cant put her out,she has threw perfume bottle at me and threaten me. can i get a retrining order? but she is on the lease

You can seek a restraining order because of her violence.

You can also notify the management office of her violence and your fear of additional violence.

They may start eviction proceedings.

Regardless of her name being on the lease. Once the judge files the restraining order, she may be allowed to obtain her possessions. However, thereafter, she'll have to stay away.
