financial hardship
If I break my lease and I can't pay the rest of the lease will they allow financial hardship

Read your lease to determine under what conditions you can break your lease. If hardship isn't included, speak to your landlord to determine if you can work out something to get out of your lease and pay a small penalty. Whatever the workout, require all terms to be placed in writing and signed by both parties.
