Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Maryland
Can you get kicked out of a lease for not apologizing for a simple thing such as words being exchanged. I apparently was rude to the land lord and I was given a 30 day notice to say sorry or I was going to be kicked out.

You left out an important fact --- what is the length of your lease?
If you have a year left on your lease and you have not otherwise breached the lease, it is very unlikely he will have the grounds to evict you.
If he does self help or lies about the grounds for the eviction in court, you can sue him for wrongful eviction and breach of contract, among other things.
