My wife's son totaled my car and he doesn't have a license. I did not give him permission to drive it. What happens?

You left out important information --- Did your wife give him permission? What did your insurance company say about the matter?

One option is to file criminal charges for theft. Your car may be covered under that option.

Option two -- Depending on the age of the son, you can enter into a contract with the son for repayment.
