Encrochment of Fence on Neighbors Property

We Sold our home. At settlement, the survey showed that our fence encroached upon the neighbor behind us. New buyers initialed the survey. Now neighbor behind the home we sold wants the fence moved. What is our legal responsibility now that we do not own this home

None. The buyers became aware of the problem thru the survey and once the settlement was completed, all responsibility passed to them.
