my question is i purchase a new one

years ago home having so many

problems.Leaking window ,mold etc

can you asked for and buy back on

this house.because belive the house

is defective they use shoody

materials they trying to fix the

problem but workmanship is a

horror.

You can certainly ask a builder to buy your home back. However, if you're really asking if you'd be able to compel them to buy the home back depends upon a number of things, including how long it's been since you've owned the house, the exact nature of the problems, how your contract with the company addresses disputes,etc.
