Legal Question in Social Security Law in Maryland
My Fathers Death
My father recently pasted away I am 27 years only; he had spoken to me about righting a will and adding me and his grandchildren in it. But his death came so sudden. He has a wife he left behind and two other children under the age of 18. The state is Maryland. Am I entitled to my fathers estate money or no??
