Legal Question in Social Security Law in Maryland
length of marriage
My husband and I separated end of 2005, we were married in 1999. If our divorce isn't final until 2009, are we still eligible for each other's Soc. Sec. when we retire? There was no actual legal separation paper, only for child support. thank you
