Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
Accident in unregistered vehicle
I was recently in an accident in Maryland and am driving an unregistered vehicle. I was not at fault, however, someone told me that because I am driving an unregistered vehicle I am automatically considered to be at fault. Is that true?
Thank you so much for your insight!

Accident in unregistered vehicle
Wether or not your vehicle is registered has no bearing on negligence in causing an accident. However, you should immediately inform your insurance company, and seek the advice of an attorney.
